 
        
        Key Roles and Responsibilities 
Our adecuado candidate will support the execution and continuous improvement of data-driven strategies to strengthen customer loyalty and engagement, contributing with advanced analytical skills and actionable insights. 
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key loyalty and satisfaction KPIs. 
- Perform data analysis to identify customer behavior patterns and opportunities to drive retention and engagement. 
- Support the design and validation of statistical and predictive models, collaborating with senior analysts and managers. 
- Enable personalization initiatives by delivering segmentations and recommendations that enhance customer experience. 
- Measure and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns and loyalty strategies to ensure sustainable business growth. 
Requirements: 
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role. 
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. 
- Master's Degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or another quantitative discipline (preferred). 
Technical Skills: 
- SQL – Intermediate (Mandatory) 
- Python – Intermediate (Mandatory) 
- Excel – Intermediate (Mandatory) 
- Tableau – Mandatory 
- BigQuery / ETL Pipelines – Desirable
