*preferred minimum qualifications include the following*:
- a minimum of 10 years of oracle apex experience is required
- proven track record working with most of the following (ok if you are less expert on a couple):
- oracle database
- data modeling
- pl/sql
- html/css
- web development
- extensive ux and design experience
- javascript / ajax
- json / restful web services
- version control (git preferred, but not required)
- angularjs
- nodejs
- ruby apis
- java apis
- web widgets
- experience with unix systems and cli
- excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with individuals across the organization
- build and enhance automation tools to improve speed to market and product quality
- experience working with agile development frameworks
- ability to mentor junior developers
- application development experience in a government a bonus
