Pro psychological analysis (ppa) provides trauma-informed psychological evaluations that support u.s. immigration attorneys with stronger cases, fewer rfes, and clear clinical evidence for humanitarian visa filings.we currently complete 200+ evaluations per month and are scaling toward 1,000+. This is a fast-growing company with a powerful mission — helping vulnerable people secure safety and legal protection in the united states.we're hiring a partnerships & business development manager to build and grow law-firm relationships, expand our presence nationwide, and contribute hands-on to our digital and outbound efforts.this is a hybrid role combining b2b outreach, relationship building, and light digital execution. You'll work closely with the founder, have autonomy to execute, and play a direct role in scaling the business.what you'll do1. Build relationships with u.s. Law firmsreach out via linkedin, email, and other channelsintroduce ppa's services clearly and confidentlybook intro calls and demosfollow up consistentlybuild trust and long-term partnerships2. Execute hands-on outbound prospectingyou will:use sales navigatorbuild targeted listssend professional outreachmaintain a pipelinehit weekly activity goalsthis is not a strategy-only role — execution matters.3. Support digital acquisitionassist with basic meta/linkedin campaignswrite short, persuasive copy for ads and outreachtrack simple kpishelp refine the top of the funnel(no advanced design or agency-level skills required — just comfort with digital tools.)4. Learn the product (we train you)no psychology or legal background required.we will train you on:why evaluations matterhow attorneys use themwhat sets ppa aparthow evaluations reduce rfesyou must be able to communicate the value with clarity and confidence.5. Increase recurring revenuemaintain firm relationshipsensure consistent case volumeidentify growth opportunitiessupport high-quality experience 6. Coordinate with our external marketing agencyyou will serve as the main point of contact between ppa and the marketing company.your responsibilities include:ensuring campaigns align with our brand and clinical accuracykeeping messaging relevant based on attorney feedbackreviewing weekly deliverablesgiving clear direction and feedbackholding the agency accountable to deadlines and qualityensuring the marketing side supports your bd efforts, not works against themthis is ownership, not execution — the agency handles the heavy lifting.who you are3+ years in b2b sales, partnerships, account management, customer success, or a mixstrong written and verbal communicatorcomfortable with outreach and building relationshipspolished and professional when speaking with attorneysfast learner (especially around niche or technical services)organized, dependable, and proactivebased in mexico citycomfortable with hybrid workkpi-driven and execution focusedwork structurefirst 4–6 weeks: in-person onboarding in cdmxafter: hybrid (remote + in-person strategy days)flexible schedule once you're hitting targetsthis is not remote-only compensation (with real recurring earning potential)base salary: 30,000 mxn / monthlaunch draw (first 60 days): 50,000 mxn / month(the extra 20k/month is a recoverable draw through commissions — never out of pocket.) Recurring commissions (the real financial upside)you earn 2.5% recurring commission on every evaluation generated by the firms you sign.evaluations average $1,000 usd → ~$25 usd per eval to you, every month.this compounds:50 evaluations → $1,250 usd monthly recurring100 evaluations → $2,500 usd monthly recurring200 evaluations → $5,000 usd monthly recurring300–500 evaluations → career-changing incomethe draw helps you start.the recurring commissions remove the ceiling.
