key responsibilities:
* process & do quality checks on hr transactions including:
o new hires
o employment data changes
o terminations/retirements
o earnings/deductions transactions
* resolve and handle tier 2 & 3 transactional and administrative issues related to leave administration, wage statements, unemployment claims, benefits administration, etc., through comprehensive and accurate research within commitment guidelines.
* identify trends and high-volume inquiries indicating potential corporate-wide issues; prepare the team to handle such volumes.
* escalate non-transactional, production, or interpretative policy issues promptly following established protocols.
* maintain & report on service level agreements.
* evaluate current programs and recommend plan design changes or new plans.
* supervise legal, financial, and procedural activities.
* train and develop team members.
* provide feedback to team members, both positive and negative.
* respond to escalated issues from associates, hr professionals, and hr managers.
