- foster students' creativity, innovation, and independent thinking through practical design challenges and real-world applications.
- teach a range of topics such as product design, digital design, materials technology, and sustainable innovation.
- guide students in the use of design software, workshop tools, and prototyping equipment, ensuring safety and proper use.
- develop and implement assessments that measure both theoretical understanding and practical competence.
- differentiate instruction to support students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
- maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback and reporting.
- collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and align teaching practices.
- encourage participation in design exhibitions, competitions, and extracurricular projects that showcase student creativity.
- support the broader life of the school by contributing to events, clubs, and community activities.the ideal candidate will have:- a degree in design and technology, industrial design, product design, or a related field.
