This role is central to helping us expand beyond our texas market and build a consistent, year-round sales calendar across the u.s.what success looks likebooking 20+ qualified meetings / month for an account executivehelping develop the sales process for resolutekey responsibilitiesconduct high-volume outbound calls to generate qualified leadsperform lead qualification and initial discovery conversationsschedule and book meetings for the account executive teammaintain accurate activity tracking in (or other sales tools as provided)collaborate with the account executive and sales leadership to refine outreach strategyprovide feedback on lead quality, messaging, and campaign effectivenesswork with marketing to optimize outreach lists and data qualityqualifications2-3 years of experience in b2b sales, telemarketing, or business developmentstrong communication skills, especially over the phonecomfortable with high call volumes and persistence in follow-upexperience using crm systemsself-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environmentfluent in english (spoken and written)based in latin america (mexico, colombia, argentina, or peru preferred)
