your key responsibilities will include
1. pursuing volume targets, focusing on strategic portfolio.
2. ensuring availability of bat strategic brands at pos.
3. communicating trade marketing initiatives to area employees and translating objectives into actionable tasks.
4. guaranteeing correct and timely implementation of merchandising and promotional materials at pos.
5. negotiating with key customers and wholesalers.
6. analyzing statistical data (bo, shipments, nielsen) for decision making.
7. analyzing market trends to identify opportunities and propose action plans.
what are we looking for?
1. at least 5 years of experience in tm&d within tobacco or similar fmcg categories.
2. minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
3. desired 1 year experience in personnel management.
4. college degree or bachelor’s degree.
5. willingness to relocate nationwide.
6. advanced computer skills.
7. english language skills are desirable.
