about the role:
as a trainer, you will play a vital role in the success of our team by equipping new and existing agents with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to excel.
you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that cover company procedures, product knowledge, customer service protocols, and system navigation.
your ability to communicate, motivate learners, and adapt to different learning styles will be key in building high-performing teams.
in addition to facilitating onboarding sessions, you will conduct refresher training, implement continuous learning initiatives, and partner with quality assurance and operations to ensure training aligns with performance goals.
your efforts will directly impact agent productivity, customer satisfaction, and the overall efficiency of the call center.
key responsibilities:
- deliver engaging and informative training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
- create, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources.
- monitor trainee performance during the onboarding process and provide feedback.
- identify skill gaps and implement targeted training interventions.
- work closely with team leads, qa, and operations to align training with performance needs.
- foster a positive and motivating learning environment.
- provide continuous learning opportunities, refresher courses, and upskilling sessions.
- track and report training outcomes and recommend areas of improvement.
- stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and internal changes.
*requirements*:
- 6 months of experience in a similar capacity.
- must be onsite in the tijuana office.
- english fluent, both written and verbal.
- types 35 words per minute.
- high level of work ethic, professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
- proficient in using computers, crm software, and other relevant tools.
