role description
the asesor financiero en cambios is a full-time, on-site role based in hermosillo, son. This role is responsible for advising clients on foreign exchange operations, identifying suitable products and strategies aligned with their risk profile and financial goals. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring currency markets, preparing and presenting proposals, executing fx transactions within internal policies, and following up on client portfolios. The advisor will maintain active communication with clients, respond to inquiries, and provide timely market updates and recommendations. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for compliance, documentation, and the use of trading and reporting tools, while contributing to the growth of the fx client base through prospecting and relationship management.
qualifications
strong knowledge of financial markets, foreign exchange products, and basic macroeconomic indicators relevant to currency movements.
proven client advisory and relationship management skills, including the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored fx solutions.
solid analytical and numerical abilities to evaluate fx scenarios, calculate spreads and margins, and manage pricing within established guidelines.
effective communication and presentation skills in spanish; professional english proficiency is an advantage.
comfort using trading platforms, crm systems, and standard office software (excel, powerpoint, word) for reporting and analysis.
demonstrated ability to work in a structured, regulated environment, adhering to compliance, risk, and ethical standards.
bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience in financial services).
experience in brokerage, banking, treasury, or fx sales is preferred, particularly in client-facing roles.
