as a murex support product owner, you will thrive in agile/non-agile frameworks, facilitating workshops and events, and engaging with diverse organizational levels. Your mission will be to drive teams towards improved performance and maturity, all while prioritizing the delivery of value to the customer through sustainable, iterative, and collaborative approaches.
*respon*sibilities*:
- *coordinate murex support team*: organize workflows, implement best practices, and align with client needs.
- *global collaboration*: work closely with the murex support europe team to ensure a seamless "follow the sun" service with daily transitions.
- *servant leadership*: provide comprehensive support to teams, leading by example with a servant leadership style.
- *process optimization*: coordinate teams and organizational efforts to operate in accordance with best practices and values, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- *technical documentation*: draft all necessary technical documentation in line with the group's development policies and solution design stipulations.
- *continuous improvement*: follow the development and testing evolution across different teams.
- *training and development*: identify training, upskilling, or re-profiling needs to maintain technical competences within the team.
*qualifications*:
- *experience*: over 4 years of experience leading murex support teams.
