We are seeking an experienced materials operations manager to lead and optimize all aspects of materials planning, procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely, cost-effective flow of materials to support production and customer fulfillment while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

- bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or related field (mba preferred)
experience
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in materials management, supply chain, or operations
- 3-5+ years in a leadership or management role
- experience in medical or distribution environments
- proven track record of improving inventory turns and service levels
skills & competencies
- strong knowledge of erp/mrp systems
- medical device, iso 13485 background
- advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent leadership and team development capabilities
- strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- financial acumen and understanding of cost drivers
- lean / six sigma certification (preferred)
