about the company

our client is an innovative saas startup focused on helping businesses optimize their pricing strategies through live price testing. Their platform enables companies to run pricing experiments on their websites without complex engineering, helping them find optimal price points for growth and revenue.


about the position

we’re seeking a customer support manager (csm) to work closely with high-value clients, manage their pricing experiments, and provide support throughout their journey. This role combines technical understanding with client communication, ideal for someone interested in a growing saas product.


key responsibilities

* manage pricing experiments:
o set up new price experiments within the platform.
o monitor experiment performance and troubleshoot issues.
o share insights and updates with clients, supported by data and visuals.
* client communication:
o conduct weekly check-in calls with high-value clients.
o provide updates and respond to inquiries.
o build strong, supportive relationships focused on client success.
* onboarding assistance:
o guide new clients through technical setup, including adding code to react.js / next.js projects.
o offer troubleshooting support for smooth implementation.


qualifications

* experience in customer support or customer success, preferably in saas.
* basic technical knowledge of react.js and next.js environments (no heavy coding required, but able to guide developers).
* excellent english skills (written and spoken) — clear, professional, and confident communication.
* strong client-focused communication skills — proactive and clear.
