serve as a business partner to senior leadership by providing in-depth financial analysis and leading performance-oriented discussions.

lead and develop the local finance team, ensuring training, growth, and adherence to best practices.

ensure proper implementation of internal controls and compliance with corporate financial policies.

oversee site financial planning, kpi management, reporting accuracy, forecasting, and budgeting.

partner with divisional analysts and the regional cfo to prepare executive reports and presentations.

monitor and analyze key financial processes, including cash flow, receivables, inventory, and variances.

coordinate financial activities with other reporting units and intercompany operations.

provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information that supports executive-level decision making.

bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field (master's preferred).

10+ years of financial management experience in an international operational environment.

strong knowledge of ifrs and familiarity with erp systems.

advanced proficiency in microsoft office suite (excel, powerpoint, word).

strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
