at plalla real estate, we are growing fast. We have the leads, the transportation, and the vision. Now, we need a sales manager who goes far beyond supervision. This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional who can design our property listing system from the ground up and help shape the next stage of our growth.
who you are
you are a seasoned leader who understands that structure creates freedom. You know that a disorganized listing system leads to lost deals, frustrated agents, and missed opportunities. You have the experience to build it right—and the leadership skills to hold a team accountable for using it. You don’t just talk strategy; you execute it.
what you’ll own
* build our listing system (priority #1): design and implement the entire property listing workflow, from intake and photography coordination to crm integration, marketing distribution, and data integrity. You will create the playbook that ensures every property is listed correctly, consistently, and competitively.
* lead & develop the sales team: you will manage, train, and mentor our agents. Your focus is helping them close more deals through coaching, accountability, and hands-on support during negotiations and client conflicts.
* drive operational excellence: you will develop strategies to meet monthly sales goals, manage the sales pipeline, supervise daily activities, and organize team agendas. You will ensure the team stays focused, disciplined, and motivated.
* analyze & report on performance: you will produce and analyze kpi reports to track individual and team performance, conversion rates, and lead follow-up. You will use data to coach, course-correct, and celebrate wins.
* lead from the front: you will hold a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving the company minivan to transport agents and their clients for viewings. You’ll use this time to observe, coach, and support your team in the field. Leadership at plalla means being hands-on and present.
your track record
* 3+ years of experience as a sales manager or highly successful team leader in riviera maya real estate
* strong background in property listings and inventory management.
* proven history of building or significantly improving listing systems, crm workflows, or sales operations
* experience training and coaching real estate agents—not just managing numbers, but developing people.
* bilingual fluency in spanish and english. French is a strong plus.
* valid driver’s license and confidence driving a company vehicle
* professional, disciplined, and results-driven mindset
* a laptop, modern smartphone, and residence in playa del carmen.
