what will i be doing?
as a carpet cleaner, you are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of carpets and floors to provide an excellent guest and member experience. You will also be required to manage customer issues and perform regular deep cleaning tasks. Specifically, you will be responsible for carrying out the following tasks to the highest standards:
* ensure the cleanliness of all carpets and floors.
* carry out lost property procedures.
* manage customer service issues quickly and effectively.
* perform regular deep cleaning tasks, such as monthly deep cleaning and carpet shampooing.
* report maintenance issues to the maintenance/engineering department.
* comply with hotel security policies, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
* perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by hotel management.
