position objective

* as an integral part of the mybrp team, you will provide exceptional experiences to employees by handling general hr service requests, initiatives, and practices. You will ensure the organization has up‑to‑date, readily available documentation on the self‑service platform, keeping this information accessible and trustworthy.
* you will provide strong support for the development and implementation of regional projects aligned with global standards, positively impacting the employee experience and contributing to a connected hr community.
* this role requires effective time management, autonomy, and an operational‑analytical focus. You will need strong organizational skills, including attention to detail, criteria for classifying information, and a digital‑first mindset that optimizes documentation management.


responsibilities

* propose and implement improvement projects to facilitate teamwork—trainings, processes, systems—and improve the employee experience.
* create and manage the content of our self‑service platform for mexico, ensuring it is accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with global standards.
* promote the self‑service platform as the go‑to, one‑stop shop for employees to access hr information, tools, and services.
* coach and guide employees to use self‑service tools effectively, empowering them to find answers independently.
* identify and support the team in cases that require further investigation, documentation, or updates from continuous‑improvement perspectives and projects.
* anticipate business operations and propose processes that improve the employee experience from onboarding until off‑boarding.
* answer employee questions using procedures, policies, knowledge databases, and other reference materials, leveraging hr skills.
* collaborate and consult with hr advisors, hr operations specialists, or global practices specialists as required to resolve cases, gain guidance, or clarify policies.
* proactively identify cases that require further investigation, documentation, or updates for continuous‑improvement projects.
* create and maintain updated reference documents for the most frequent questions and procedures relevant to business needs.
* ensure all requests are standardized and classified to maintain a high‑quality level of data.
* escalate and track cases routed to the hr advisor specialist on time if they cannot be answered independently.
* act as an ambassador of the next gen and m28 strategies.
* actively participate in the global hr community of practice, contributing to shared knowledge, adopting global standards, and bringing forward regional insights and innovations.
* follow brp values and behaviours.
* ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety‑related topics.
* enforce quality brp policy.


skills

* microsoft and google packages
* commercial and marketing background
* bilingual (fluent) – english/spanish
* communication tools skills
* kpis (interpretation and improvement)
* creation of visual aids, instructions, and manuals of documented processes
* knowledge and hr technologies management


education

bachelor: administration, marketing, human resources, international commerce or related.


professional experience

2 years in human resources, customer service, data management.


language

* fluent in spanish written and verbal.
* english advanced (min. 80%) written especially.
* french or german is an advantage.
