We are seeking highly skilled java l2/l3 support specialists with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in application support, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and production issue resolution.
key responsibilities
* provide high-level support for java-based applications in a high-availability production environment.
* analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues across application, middleware, and database layers.
* perform code-level debugging (java, unix scripts, db queries) and implement corrective changes.
* foster incident, problem, and change management following itil/sdlc processes.
* monitor system performance using scheduler and monitoring tools.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams during production deployments and issue resolution.
* maintain proactive monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement of production support processes.
required skills & qualifications
this role requires deep knowledge of java/j2ee technologies, multi-tier server environments, databases, scripting, and itsm processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
