Sales director position
seeking an accomplished sales professional with a proven track record in b2b sales on the tech and saas industry, leadership, and cross-regional selling.
key responsibilities:
* sell software and services to hospitality businesses using a consultative approach.
* manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, and handle contracts and pricing discussions effectively.
* train, mentor, and lead a team of business development representatives (bdrs).
* leverage knowledge of hospitality technology to navigate cultural differences, procurement processes, and decision-making structures.
requirements:
1. proven success in b2b tech, saas sales.
2. experience managing and mentoring a team of business development representatives (bdrs).
3. understanding of hospitality technology, including pms, channel managers, and booking engines is a plus.
4. demonstrated success in cross-regional sales, particularly in us and mexico markets.
5. excellent negotiation, closing, and pipeline management skills.
6. tech-savvy with proficiency in crm tools.
7. exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
8. fluent in english and spanish.
