requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience working as a graphic design or production artist
* ba or aa in graphic arts or equivalent combination of experience and education
* advanced english skills, with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written form
* a broad portfolio of direct design work demonstrating design expertise across a range of platforms, channels and content formats with a focus on digital, though print experience is helpful
* experience creating and testing in-platform content on social media such as reels and gif animations across a diverse range of device types
* desire to learn new skills, innovate through design and bring ideas to life in new ways that we may not currently be using
* familiarity with format and size requirements for popular social sites such as linkedin, twitter, facebook
* advanced skills in photo-retouching are a plus

as a senior designer you will help drive the design process end-to-end. You will investigate and define open-ended, and often ambiguous problems, using data analysis, user research and a wealth of experience to influence and lead the team towards the best solutions for our users and clients. You will contribute directly to strategic decisions and advocate for design best practices across the team. You are detail-oriented but also able to understand the bigger picture. This will allow you to understand our user’s needs, tasks, and goals and translate them into creative and functional experiences.
