- implement new talent attraction methods to meet hiring goals on time.
- use social media to position the company in the job market and boost qualified hiring activity.
- participate in job fairs and talent attraction events.
- establish agreements with educational institutions to build a professional network for future talent development.
- explore new recruitment routes, both local and remote, based on operational needs.
- guide, train, and support team members to foster learning and career growth.
- manage the icims system for administrative and operational hiring processes.
- ensure recruitment processes comply with company guidelines.
- enforce recruitment policies, processes, and standards.
- coordinate hiring processes with the hr team.
- coordinate onboarding with department heads.
- stay updated on headcount and inform recruiters of hiring changes to adjust work plans.
- attend departmental meetings to report recruitment results.
- prepare attraction and hiring reports for the recruitment and selection management.
Job requirements:
- *education*: bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.

- skilled in managing local and remote teams.
