Develop and maintain market‐driven product plans aligned with hq strategy and local commercial needs. Coordinate new model launches, facelifts, and lifecycle updates. Support pricing strategy, product mix definition, and profitability analysis. Define and execute product positioning, features, and value propositions. Work cross‐functionally with marketing, sales, aftersales, supply chain, engineering, and hq teams. Track product performance, market trends, and competitive benchmarks. Prepare product business cases, forecasts, and performance reports to support decision‐making.qualifications & requirementseducation bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, industrial engineering, or related fields. Experience ~5–8+ years of experience in automotive product roles (oem, tier‐1, or automotive distribution). ~ hands‐on experience in product management, product planning, plm, or vehicle launches. ~ exposure to working with global or hq product teams.technical knowledge solid understanding of the mexican automotive market, pricing structures, and competitive dynamics. Experience with product lifecycle management tools (plm platforms such as teamcenter). Strong analytical skills, including forecasting, financial analysis, and pricing support.
