work you'll do/responsibilities
as a consultant at deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. You will do this by performing the following job responsibilities:
 * end to end implementation:
 assist and executing full-cycle implementation of oracle cloud payroll module, from requirement gathering to post go live support ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
 * functional expertise:
 act as a trusted advisor and subject matter advisor (sma) on oracle cloud payroll, providing guidance on system functionality, optimization strategies, and best practices.
 * stakeholder management:
 build strong relationships with business stakeholders, providing strategic insights and ensuring alignment of hr system capabilities with broader organizational goals.

qualifications
required
 * 3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
 * egresado
 in any pertinent field or industry
 * responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks
 * advanced english level
 * proven track record of participating in all phases of at least one full oracle cloud payroll implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, and go-live support).
 * good understanding and experience of oracle cloud payroll configurations.
 * demonstrated experience with configuration tasks, including dffs (descriptive flexfields), effs (extensible flexfields), eits (element input types), value sets, fast formulas, eligibility profiles, common lookups, redwood ui, workflow, and payroll-specific approval processes.
 * ability to quickly learn complex systems and business processes, and to define requirements for effective solutions.
 * strong collaboration skills; able to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic consulting landscape.
preferred
 * oracle hcm cloud payroll certification.
 * bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., human resources, information technology, business administration, or similar).
 * familiarity with oracle fusion security design and structure.
 * exceptional english verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
