The social media brand manager is responsible for overseeing and managing social media accounts across multiple platforms (youtube, linkedin, instagram, facebook, etc.). This role involves creating and maintaining a strategic content calendar, designing engaging visual and video content, and ensuring that all social media efforts align with the brand's voice and objectives.
*key responsibilities*:
- manage and grow social media presence on platforms such as youtube, linkedin, instagram, facebook, and others.
- develop and maintain a content schedule, specifying what, when, and where to post.
- design and create compelling images, videos, and other multimedia content to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- collaborate with content creators, videographers, and graphic designers to produce high-quality visuals.
- analyze and report on the performance of social media content, making adjustments to strategies based on key metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth).
- stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media, leveraging them to optimize performance.
- respond to comments, messages, and user interactions across platforms to foster a positive community experience.
- coordinate social media campaigns to align with broader marketing efforts.
- monitor competitors' social media activities and industry trends to stay ahead in the digital space.
- use tools such as hootsuite, buffer, or sprout social to schedule posts and ensure consistent presence across platforms.
- ensure all social media content is aligned with the brand's voice, mission, and values.
*required skills and qualifications*:
- proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably across multiple platforms.
- strong content creation skills, with experience in graphic design and video editing.
- proficiency with design tools (e.g., adobe creative suite, canva) and video editing software (e.g., adobe premiere, final cut pro).
- experience with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
- excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement tactics.
- ability to create visually appealing and brand-consistent content.
- strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- experience running paid social media advertising campaigns.
- knowledge of seo and content marketing strategies.
- certification in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
