mission: the sales account manager is responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with customers by collaborating with them and understanding their needs. Develop new clients in existing markets and explore new markets that align with the company's objectives and profile.
key responsibilities :
* work with sales, income, and expense reports, as well as realistic forecasts to project the sustainable growth of the accounts assigned to each portfolio.
* identify emerging markets and changes in the market, being fully aware of new products and the state of the competition.
* achieve growth and sales objectives through proper management of each customer.
* constant visits with our strategic customers to strengthen the business relationship and consolidate the relationship.
* continuous training in innovative products and technology.
* periodic meetings with staff areas to monitor and assess the progress of the achievement of objectives with clients and establish necessary action plans.
* provide assertive information for the development of new projects, creating a value proposition to our clients and prospects.
* mediate between the different areas of our clients, always obtaining the best conditions for the company and the client.
* use of it resources in the company to improve performance and customer service (crm, board, etc.)
* follow-up on the overdue portfolio, securing the portfolio within the credit days agreed upon with the customers, and follow-up on the invoice upload processes according to the customer.
* perform other duties as assigned.

* english level: advanced-proficient
* 15+ years of experience - 5 years in a similar role
