We are seeking a marketing advisor to join our marketing mexico team. This role is critical to ensuring the continuity, focus, and efficiency of our marketing analysis and business intelligence strategies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and data-driven marketer, capable of translating insights into impactful, volume-driving initiatives that support both consumer needs and business objectives.
key responsibilities
market intelligence & competitive analysis
* monitor macro and micro market trends, emerging business models, and competitor dynamics through analytics and dashboards.
* collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to produce strategic market intelligence and business recommendations.
* conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning to support strategies.
* create executive reports and visualizations using bi tools like tableau or power bi.
* partner with research agencies and internal teams to design market studies and uncover growth opportunities.
* assess capabilities and identify levers for revenue and margin improvement.
* develop kpis and insights frameworks for product and project performance analysis.
* collaborate with teams to define data requirements for product and business development initiatives.
customer experience & commercial enablement
* lead customer journey analysis to identify pain points and optimize service strategies.
* ensure data-driven execution of marketing plans and customer segmentation.
* design analytics frameworks to measure and improve customer experience.
* work with teams to prioritize customer-facing improvements using quantitative methods.
* develop dashboards to monitor customer operations and experiences.
internal collaboration & development
* partner with commercial and strategy teams to translate objectives into analytics initiatives.
* build relationships with stakeholders to deliver insights via bi tools.
* support campaign analysis and optimize targeting and roi.
* mentor junior analysts and promote advanced analytics and self-service bi tools within the team.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in marketing or brand management.
* proven success in marketing strategy and analytics.
* strong analytical and project management skills.
* experience with market research and delivering insights.
* knowledge of customer journey mapping and cx strategies.
* excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
* bilingual in spanish and english proficiency.
