in the internal-logistic, you play a key role in shaping bsh’s innovative strength in the field of internal logistic operations. You build up and lead the operational, strategic factory internal-logistic. You work in an exciting international project and environment, in which you can contribute to the company success.
Your responsibilities
- execute the operational and strategic factory internal logistic of prefabrication, the incoming area (unloading material), material warehouse operations, material picking, line feeding until point of use
- standardization, implementation of supplier part material packaging and trolley concepts for in-house material optimized supply chain (transport cost, wh utilization, etc.) to point of use, in alignment with the production and the global department
- execute empty box-, return-, waste
- and scrap-management and inventory counting
- implementation of standardized internal logistic processes, tools and equipment in alignment with the global process department.
- focus and improve to internal logistics worker safety, logistics scraps, jit material delivery and operational employee performance
- strong collaboration with production teams
- ensure staffing, teambuilding, and continuous qualification for the internal logistic team at site

- degree in industrial engineering or similar.
- 5+ years job-experience, preferably in internal-logistic environment
- leadership experience and leadership skills to be able to integrate operational and business functions
- strong skills of operational material supply chain process expertise
- high degree of decision-making competence; focused and structured working style essential
- english business fluent
