the role
seize a unique opportunity to be part of the data and analytics team driving rapid growth for a digital financial business in mexico. This position offers the opportunity to work with data sets, analytics solutions, and influence data-driven decision-making to optimize business performance. As a pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with local cross-functional teams and global teams to enhance our analytics capabilities and drive impactful initiatives.
the responsibilities
* perform analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
* support data analysis projects to extract actionable insights that guide business strategy.
* maintain interactive dashboards to track key business and marketing metrics.
* support the development, optimization, and enhancement of dashboards in bi reporting tools (e.g., power bi).
* partner with product, marketing, finance, hr, and operations teams to integrate insights into strategic initiatives.
* support the development of attribution models to improve tracking of growth performance.
* perform statistical analysis.
* create and maintain documentation that includes the design, requirements, and user manuals for the organization.
* build cross-functional partnerships: work closely with other stakeholders (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to integrate data insights into broader strategic initiatives and support decision-making.

* intermediate in verbal and written english.
knowledge & experience
* proficiency in excel.
* experience with bi tools like tableau and power bi.
* basic knowledge of etl processes and data warehousing concepts.
* basic knowledge of crm platforms (e.g., salesforce) (desirable).
* basic knowledge of google analytics 4 platform and looker studio (desirable).
* understanding of the consumer finance industry (desirable).
* any experience in digital financial services (desirable).

* bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, statistics, mathematics).
