- act as the primary contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- follow up on quotations and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams to provide accurate pricing and lead times.
- track and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
- negotiate terms with customers and work towards closing deals that align with company objectives.
- monitor market trends and customer demands to provide feedback for business strategy.
- ensure timely and accurate documentation of all customer interactions, quotations, and contracts.
- support internal teams by communicating customer requirements effectively.
- assist in planning and executing sales strategies to meet company targets.
*qualifications*:
- bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or electronics manufacturing industry.
- strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- experience with the immex program and export regulations is a plus.
- proficiency in microsoft office and crm tools.
- fluent in english and spanish.

- knowledge of molding, stamping, and assembly processes.
- familiarity with automotive supplier requirements and quality standards.
- strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
