*role overview/summary*:
the spark ebsl- lean is responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of the envista business system in a manufacturing and operations setting. This important role will enable a problem-solving and kaizen culture that drives improved performance to deliver results. Ebsls are critical team members who drive a culture of continuous improvement and accelerate company growth and profitability. The ebsl will support and are accountable for meeting ebs and site key performance indicator (kpi) targets. Ebsls are an extension of the envista business system office (ebso), who help create ebs sustainability both broadly across envista sites as well as in targeted initiatives.
*requirements*:
- bs or ba degree in business, operations or engineering required
- 2 years in operations/manufacturing
- technical excellence - must possess the technical skills necessary to be credible in envista by peers and leaders
- ability to champion continuous improvement and develop and install best practices across diverse business environments
- capable of working with and influencing all levels of the organization
- effective coaching and mentoring skills

- 3-5 years of progressive experience in the manufacturing industry with increasing responsibility.
- ebs certifications
- lean tool experience: cellular manufacturing, 5s, standard work, kanban, tpm, psp
- strong english fluency preferred
