we seek an accredited pr manager who is a data-driven thinker and innovator to join our pr & communications team. The ideal candidate will merge business objectives with human insights to deliver new ideas and relevant pr solutions based on compelling brand stories. The role requires consultancy and coordination skills, strategic vision, and teamwork.
what you will do:
1. develop strategic proposals: craft responsive and innovative proposals and budgets tailored to a diverse range of clients.
2. client alignment: proactively align with clients' needs and requirements to create effective strategies and plans that deliver substantial value.
3. relationship building: foster long-term relationships by consistently matching customer needs with samy alliance services.
4. lead business pitches: drive the development and delivery of new business pitches and creative proposals.
5. campaign coordination: oversee the coordination and execution of communication campaigns, including media relations, event management, and kpi reporting, alongside the assigned team.
6. ensure flawless execution: guarantee the flawless execution of each campaign, maintaining continuous communication with all stakeholders and team members.
technical skills:
* serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients, addressing their business challenges with effective communication solutions.
* clearly and compellingly communicate ideas verbally, in writing, and through presentations, explaining strategies with enthusiasm and clarity.

minimum qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
* over 7 years of experience in pr and events.
* at least 5 years of experience leading work teams.
* experience managing national events and working with agencies and suppliers.
* strong collaboration, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* intermediate working proficiency in english; native-level spanish proficiency is mandatory.
