*the supplier quality management central component introduction*, in line with vitesco technologies strategy direction *, strive and drive zero defect requirement to the supplier base, drive zero defect culture within the sqm organization and ensure best in class ""consistent and sustainable"" supplier quality performance to support perfect launches and no spills.
*main responsibilities*:
- sqm within a cci hub without leading responsibility; secure time to market and quality to market for component introduction.
- ensure all components are introduced to project schedule and product life cycle (plc) requirements
- apqp management (advanced product quality planning) at category level (red, yellow, green) in case of responsibility for component introduction incl.
necessary risk mitigation measures
- deploy lessons learned / read across through the sqm category.
- supplier quality assurance along the complete process chain
- drive and implement prefererd supplier and component strategy
- escalation management
- member of supplier improvement programs
- implement the preferred supplier and component strategy
- implement category quality requirements
- lessons learned & read across
- perform process audits as planned and scheduled
- secure implementation and compliance to iatf and vda standards
- review lessons learned & read across implementation at supplier
*knowledge/experience*
- quality management (including quality policies, systems and processes)
- sqm processes and product life cycle (plc)
- quality assurance know-how, product safety issues and risk management
- management skills, tools, and techniques (balanced scorecard, benchmarking, etc.)
- human relations skills (team skills, conflict management, open-mindedness, networking)
- communication skills, including presentation and negotiation techniques
- problem solving and decision-making tools and techniques
- project management skills, tools and techniques, core tools (fmea, control plan, drawing readiness, apqp, ppap, gd&t,spc)
*profile*:
- engineering (mechanical, industrial, electronics, mechatronics); 85% to 90% english language.
- 3 years experience in sqm for dedicated technology
- experiences in continuous improvement, industrial engineering, production, escalation management
- capability to work with different cultures.
- dedicated, responsible, teamwork, innovate, solutions oriented.
