You will oversee the development of apis that integrate local business logic with our global platforms.key responsibilitiesstrategic leadership:collaborate with leadership to define strategic objectives and key results (okrs). Lead a team of support engineers and developers (.net and mulesoft) to support core product objectives.data-driven decision making:oversee data collection and analysis to drive strategic decisions. Develop kpis to measure impact and maintain robust analytics functions using data platforms and tools like power bi.process optimization:responsible for the development and maintenance of squad processes to ensure efficient interaction between external partners, local business units, and corporate solutions.cross-functional collaboration:partner with product management, partnerships, design, customer success, and engineering to drive impact across core products.skills & tech stackapi mastery:strong understanding of rest/soap concepts with hands-on experience in designing and optimizing apis.cloud & devops:familiar with azure (or similar), observability tools (appinsights, datadog), and sre concepts.analytics:ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.industry knowledge:understanding of market practices for payment solutions.experience requirededucation:bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field.professional:5 years in api development, with at least2 years in a leadership role(tech lead or engineering manager).soft skills:goal-oriented, critical thinker, and an excellent communicator with infectious energy. Experience in coaching and servant leadership within product-led companies.language:proficient in english.
