what are your contributions to the team?
* define, develop and coordinate manufacturing sequence plan modifications and precedence diagrams based on engineering documentation.
* provide technical support to composite manufacturing processes.
* you will implement and document work instructions to ensure accurate project cost estimating.
* you will document and promote modifications, standard practices and lessons learned to ensure product integrity in accordance with design requirements.
* you will participate and collaborate on continuous improvement, process optimization, cost reduction and product quality improvement projects.
* you will provide technical support to external suppliers to ensure compliance with customer defined technical requirements.
* you will maintain effective communication with the multidisciplinary team throughout all phases of the project.
how to thrive in this role?
* you have 2 or more years of experience in an aerospace or industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in a composite materials related position.
* you have a bachelor's degree (or higher) in industrial, electrical, mechanical or industrial administrative engineering.
* you have knowledge of cad tools (catia v5, teamcenter)
* you have advanced knowledge of composite materials and their manufacturing processes (e.g. laminating, curing, trimming, painting).
* you have experience using microsoft office, including word, excel (graphics, pivot tables, vba and macros) and powerpoint.
* you possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* you have analytical and problem solving skills.
* you have proven experience in leading problem solving, identifying root causes and applying effective solutions using structured methodologies (5 whys, ishikawa, dmaic, pdca).
* you have at least an intermediate level of english (b2).
