role overview
we are looking for an seo & paid ads specialist to assist in driving online growth through paid advertising and seo optimization. This is an exciting opportunity to help us expand our reach, improve performance, and create engaging campaigns in the travel industry. key responsibilities
* seo support: assist in developing and executing seo strategies to boost organic traffic and improve keyword rankings.
* paid ads campaigns: help create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like google ads, meta ads, linkedin, etc.
* campaign optimization: continuously improve the effectiveness of campaigns through a/b testing, budget management, and performance analysis.
* performance reporting: regularly monitor, track, and report on campaign performance using tools like google analytics and google ads. Provide insights to improve future campaigns.
* data analysis: work with the team to analyze key performance indicators (kpis) and identify areas for growth.
* growth strategy: contribute ideas for new tactics to increase traffic, conversions, and engagement across platforms.
requirements
* personal:
* passion for travel and the tourism industry.
* strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly.
* independent and results-driven, able to work autonomously and manage tasks efficiently.
* detail-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving marketing goals.
* excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* technical:
* minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, especially with seo and paid ads.
* proficiency with google analytics, google ads, and seo tools (e.g., semrush, ahrefs).
* experience in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on google, meta, linkedin, or other platforms.
* familiarity with crm and email marketing tools is a plus (e.g., mailchimp, hubspot).
* comfortable working with data-driven decision-making and performance metrics.
* basic understanding of website optimization (wordpress, html, css, js) is a plus but not required.
