this role focuses on providing administrative support to the hr team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks, including but not limited to:

1. assisting in the administration of company programs related to payroll, benefits, compensation, recruitment, and other areas.
\
2. executing recruitment plans, including job posting, career fairs, information sessions, hiring sessions, and interviews.
\
3. handling incoming applicant files, screening of files, assisting with business units to understand required skills, arranging interviews, and giving results.
\
4. coordinating the offer process and potentially related new hire processes.
\
5. acting as an administrative representative on projects where transactional activity occurs.
\
6. may assist in benefit enrollment.
\
7. compiling necessary information as requested.
\
8. providing customer service support to applicants, employees, and management.
\
9. providing problem resolution to employees regarding human resources-related issues.
