- develop and manage production schedules to align with customer demands and timelines.
- coordinate production flow across multiple product lines, ensuring optimal performance and mínimal delays.
- monitor production outputs and address issues promptly to maintain schedule integrity.
- collaborate with support groups such as quality, engineering, and warehouse to enhance production efficiency.
- engage in lean projects and propose strategies for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
*who you are (basic qualifications)*
- professional degree with proven experience in production planning.
- proficient in sap, erp and mrp systems, with strong problem-solving skills.
- fluent in english, both spoken and written.
- demonstrated capacity planning and analysis skills.
- excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to changing scenarios.
*what will put you ahead*
- experience in cable manufacturing or similar high mix/low volume operations.
- apics certification and negotiation skills.
- proficiency in advanced excel and experience with automated supply chain tools like kinaxis and celonis.
- strong organizational skills and high emotional intelligence.
