Preferred degree: bachelor's degree in human factors engineering / psychology or ergonomics, industrial designer or digital designer- working knowledge of human factors- digital design experience is plus- _figma experience a plus, but not required._- teamwork- effective communication skills- proactive- proficiency in english- ability to communicate in a written and oral form and interact internationally with other teams.the main activities for a human factors specialist include:- support human factor design requirement maintenance & updates considering design evolution, human factors peer research and other external influences such as regulations.(design requirement examples: touch surface contact size, spacing between digital buttons, legibility - text size, contrast of elements, etc)- modernize our human factors design requirement library within our design tool (figma) to deploy requirements in a concise / visual manner.- support research to modernize and develop sound requirements.- capture / communicate coming changes to regulations.- support human factor design requirement compliance through design verification methods- establish requirement verifications plans in our requirement compliance database (fede)- manage design requirement deviations- maintain timeline of vehicle program milestones and compliance deliverables and communicate to team.
