Preferred degree: bachelor's degree in human factors engineering / psychology or ergonomics, industrial designer or digital designer

the main activities for a human factors specialist include:
- support human factor design requirement maintenance & updates considering design evolution, human factors peer research and other external influences such as regulations. (design requirement examples: touch surface contact size, spacing between digital buttons, legibility - text size, contrast of elements, etc)
- modernize our human factors design requirement library within our design tool (figma) to deploy requirements in a concise / visual manner.
- support research to modernize and develop sound requirements.
- capture / communicate coming changes to regulations.
- support human factor design requirement compliance through design verification methods
- establish requirement verifications plans in our requirement compliance database (fede)
- manage design requirement deviations
- maintain timeline of vehicle program milestones and compliance deliverables and communicate to team.
