Main activities:
- assist director of finance with daily activities (agenda, elaboration of documents, notes).
- coordinate building maintenance and payment of bills related with building services water, power bill, delivery, file
- travel assistant, management of petty cash.
other activities:
- agenda control: creation of meetings, pto planning
- maintenance of building: contact with suppliers, prospecting suppliers to comply with the service, estimates to request shopping carts, supervision of the task once the service is requested.
- follow up to services of the building: creation of po's and edr's, coordinate delivery and file services, invoice request, entry of invoices in system, reports in case the service needs it (invoices to be paid, boxes to be sent)
- planning of events: prospect of suppliers, shopping cart creation, follow up.
- petty cash management: request invoices, bank to cash the check, entry of invoices in sap system.
- travel assistant: help travelers to fill out a report, purchasing of flights in case the traveler doesn't have corporate credit card, distribute flyers sent by the central positions, creation of reports for director of finance.
- budget and accrual: accrual services, future projects in the location.
*qualifications*:
- advanced knowledge of ceos, concur, notes and office tools,
- basic knowledge of sap and 5's tools and expert knowledge of fedex app.
- about the language it is necessary to have advanced english.
- minimum experience in the position of 2 years.
