role description
this is a full-time hybrid role for an agente de ventas based in saltillo, coahuila, with opportunities for remote work. The primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, recommending services to meet customer needs, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Additional responsibilities involve facilitating insurance options for clients, providing sales-related training, and ensuring accurate records of transactions and interactions.
qualifications
* strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to engage and build relationships effectively
* proven experience in sales and proficiency in identifying and pursuing new opportunities
* knowledge or understanding of insurance processes and policies relevant to mobility solutions
* experience in designing and delivering training sessions related to sales and client service
* proactive, goal-oriented, and highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills
* basic computer proficiency and familiarity with crm systems
* bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
* fluency in spanish required; english proficiency is an advantage
