this is a critical role that involves executing various tasks related to human resources, acting as a strategic point of contact for employees, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
the job holder will be responsible for organizational development, looking at issues of work environment, culture and change management.
key responsibilities include promoting human resources programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace, managing labor relations by taking appropriate measures with employees who violate rules and regulations.
the ideal candidate will also support the application of psychosocial risk factor surveys and compliance with nom-035, design, elaborate and update human resources metrics ensuring compliance with indicators.
in addition, the successful candidate will develop creative content for different communication channels, engaging and efficient (printed materials, digital presentations, and videos).
implementation of hr projects and support for the organization's social events are also key aspects of this role.
required skills and qualifications include 3 years of experience in human resources, general knowledge of human resources policies and procedures, bachelor's degree in law, administration or international business or related, knowledge of hr management systems, proficiency in excel and advanced english language skills.
