what you'll do
* manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and fully functional work environment
* handle supplier relationships, service contracts, and facility needs
* support onboarding logistics for new team members
* coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and expense reporting
* manage office inventory, procurement, and equipment controlassist with internal communications, scheduling, and document management
* act as the point of contact for building management and external vendors
* support senior leadership with administrative and operational demands as required
what we’re looking for
* 1+ year of experience in administrative, office management, or operations roles
* organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
* proactive mindset - you anticipate what's needed and act before being asked
* clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal
* conversational english required - will be evaluated
* proficiency in standard office tools (google workspace / microsoft 365)
* discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information
