Role summary
the dealer development supervisor is responsible for enhancing dealer performance and ensuring alignment with corporate standards and strategy. This role combines data-driven operational oversight, process optimization, and strategic collaboration to strengthen the dealer network and support its long-term development.
key responsibilities
1. Dealer operations & performance
- monitor and analyze daily dealer activities to detect performance gaps and improvement opportunities. - enhance and maintain robust operational dashboards and kpis to track dealer performance. - guide and support dealers in improving key business indicators, including sales, after-sales service, and customer satisfaction. - coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure effective implementation of oem channel policies and go-to-market strategies.
2. Systems, processes & compliance
- assist in the development and continuous improvement of dealer management systems and performance evaluation mechanisms. - promote compliance across the dealer network, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, operational standards, and internal processes. - manage and update all dealer-related documentation, including process guidelines, cooperation agreements, and compliance materials.
3. Cross-departmental collaboration
- collaborate with marketing, branding, and after-sales teams to ensure integrated, aligned dealer initiatives. - partner with finance and legal departments to facilitate contract management, incentive program execution, and dealer investment review processes.
qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related fields. Mba preferred. - at least 3 years of experience in dealer management, retail operations, or channel development, ideally in the automotive sector. - strong analytical skills and proficiency in operational performance tracking and reporting. - proven ability to influence and develop dealer relationships. - excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
