drive sales and business development for pet recycling solutions across latam
strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify new leads
understand technical and commercial customer needs related to pet recycling and coordinate with internal teams
lead commercial negotiations through to deal closure
collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
participate in marketing initiatives such as trade shows and customer events
provide regular market intelligence and contribute to regional strategy development
advise on technical design solutions based on local pet market knowledge
perfil buscado
a successful key account manager should have:
bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
minimum 4 years' experience in pet recycling industry or related machinery sales
proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
strong communication skills in spanish and english; portuguese is a plus
experience working in multinational teams and managing diverse stakeholders
excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
willingness and ability to travel frequently across latam
availability to relocate and live in mexico
