objective of the position:
coordinate, develop, and monitor positioning and communication strategies for the after sales area, aiming to highlight the integral support freightliner offers, with a focus on customers.
- plan and execute the "gira freightliner" strategy with the dealer network.
- plan and implement the strategy for freightliner after sales products and services promotions.
- create and/or strengthen connections with various internal areas of the company to actively contribute to the organization's objectives.
- coordinate direct marketing activities to promote our brand among current and potential customers, showcasing the competitive advantages and attributes of each of our after sales products.
perform all functions in full compliance with the following policies: daimler truck code of conduct, global travel policy, daimler truck group travel policy in mexico, and non-cash rewards.

- main functions:
- strategic planning, coordination, and implementation of the "gira freightliner" with the dealer network, integration with cedemi (centro de manejo integral), and participation of trailers in strategic events.
- planning and deployment of the strategy for freightliner after sales products and services promotions, along with their strategic positioning in line with the archetypes defined in the strategy.
- planning, management, and purchasing of promotional giveaways aligned with the marketing strategy and segmented according to the archetypes defined in the strategy.
- representation of the marketing area in the monthly after sales forums, presenting results of after sales-related marketing activities and activations.
- coordination of alliance parts stores openings and brand positioning strategy through traditional media and freightliner's and the dealer network's social media channels.
- participation in after sales events with the dealer network. General support for the brand positioning area (participation in events, assistance with advertising campaigns, dealer network openings, and launches of new products and/or services).
