liderar la estrategia tecnológica que habilite y transforme el negocio de banca comercial en méxico, garantizando una operación segura, eficiente y alineada con las metas comerciales del banco, abarcando todas las capas tecnológicas: front (canales digitales) middle (onboarding y originacion), risk (modelos, cumplimiento normativo, scoring, manejo de garantias) y backend especifico de la banca comercial (supplier finance, trade finance, etc).
*responsabilidades clave*:
- diseñar e implementar la hoja de ruta tecnológica para banca comercial en méxico, alineada a la estrategia corporativa.
- asegurar la disponibilidad, escalabilidad y resiliencia de los sistemas que soportan la operación comercial.
- coordinar el desarrollo e implementación de soluciones tecnológicas para originación, atención, manejo de riesgos crediticios, seguimiento y cobranza de productos comerciales (comercio exterior, factoring, etc.).
- liderar la transformación digital de procesos comerciales, integrando apis, plataformas de nube, automatización y analítica avanzada.
- asegurar el cumplimiento de regulaciones locales aplicables (cnbv, banxico, ley de protección de datos personales, entre otras).
- colaborar con las áreas de riesgos, negocio, cumplimiento y jurídico para entregar soluciones integradas que respondan a requerimientos internos y regulatorios.
- gestionar proveedores tecnológicos estratégicos y contratos de servicios en méxico.
- fomentar un modelo operativo ágil (scrum, devops), con foco en entregas de valor continuo.
- participar en comités ejecutivos, de arquitectura y priorización tecnológica.
*perfil requerido*:
- licenciatura en ingeniería en sistemas, tecnologías de la información, ciencias computacionales o afín.
deseable maestría o mba.
- mínimo 10 años de experiência en tecnología bancaria, incluyendo al menos 5 años en liderazgo de soluciones para banca comercial.
- sólido entendimiento del ecosistema financiero mexicano, productos comerciales y su regulación.
