The role as a continuous improvement manager, you will lead the plant's continuous improvement strategy, working closely with leadership and operations to deliver measurable impact in productivity, quality, and cost.you will act as a key change agent, driving the evolution of the production system while developing capabilities across all organizational levels.what you'll do lead the implementation of lean manufacturing methodologies (5s, vsm, kaizen, etc.) Drive the adoption of the continuous improvement system across the plant train, coach, and develop leaders, supervisors, and operators identify and implement improvements in processes, layout, and production flow lead kaizen, hoshin, and high-impact improvement initiatives ensure compliance with industry standards (iatf, iso, etc.) Use data-driven insights to prioritize initiatives and track results what we're looking for ~ bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, or related)~+7 years of experience implementing lean manufacturing in automotive plants ~ proven experience leading cultural and operational transformation ~ knowledge of iatf *, core tools, iso *~ strong leadership, influence, and coaching capabilities ~ advanced english (required) why this role direct impact on plant performance and results high visibility with senior leadership strategic role with transformation scope (not just operational execution) opportunity to build culture and leave a lasting legacy
