key responsibilities
* execute audit procedures and engagement activities with accuracy and efficiency.
* participate in client and engagement team communications.
* review audit workpapers and documentation prepared by team members.
* provide constructive feedback and support quality assurance efforts.
* identify opportunities to improve audit processes and enhance efficiency.
* escalate risks and issues to management while providing practical recommendations.
* maintain professional communication and collaboration across global teams.
* support knowledge sharing and mentoring initiatives within the team.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
* 2 to 4 years of external audit experience.
* experience with a big 4 or large/mid-tier accounting firm strongly preferred.
* strong technical understanding of audit procedures and accounting standards.
* knowledge of us gaap preferred.
* fluent english communication skills, both written and verbal.
* proficiency in microsoft office and audit-related software.
* strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
* ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
* knowledge of shared service centers is a plus.
