$120,000 - $150,000/year plus bonus (US Currency)

Responsibilities
- Work with local and regional buyers to execute approved global strategies and coordinate with the Griffith Purchasing Council.
- Lead strategic and sustainable sourcing initiatives.
- Serve as the primary market expert for commodities, understanding market drivers and communicating risks and opportunities.
- Develop cost and budgeting estimates in collaboration with each region.
- Identify opportunities to standardize global suppliers worldwide.
- Account for the global coverage performance of commodities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Category Management and Commodities.
- Proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as required for project collaboration and knowledge exchange.
- Cross‑functional project management skills.
- Strong influence across multiple regions and alignment on strategy development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration across all organizational levels.
What Will Set You Apart
- Master’s degree.
- Fluency in two or more languages.
- Strong working knowledge of MRP systems.
- Professional certification such as CPIM/APICS/CPM/CIPS.
