We are seeking to recruit an experienced managerial/team leader from the call center industry in Mexico, with a proven track record of success in hirng for call agents.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Attracting new call agents to the business.
- Conducting interviews with prospects.
- Managing onboarding, training and dismissal activities.
- Designing and implementing performance matrix and appraisal systems
- Employment relationship management.
- Working closely with stakeholders ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
**Essential Requirements**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a managerial post with call centers.
- Extensive experience recruiting for call agents to contact centers.
- Start-up or scale-up experience, we are expecting a swift growth in staff members over the next 12 month.
- Fluent and clear spoken English.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
