the *technical advisor *will be in charge of maintaining communication with our clients and providing technical advice.
you will report directly to the training and technical service coordinator
*key responsibilities*
- you will be responsible for providing technical training to different audiences (customer, store staff, internal staff)
- you will be responsible for advising various types of clients on the use of coatings
- prepare written reports to express recommendations and determine causes of performance.
- learn and train yourself on the basic portfolio of comex products.
- competently communicate product properties in a general manner.
- craft and develop competent deliverables
*qualifications*
- bachelor´s degree in chemical engineering, civil engineering or architecture
- recently graduated but with 1 or 2 years of experience in activities mentioned above
- basic level of english but with text comprehension
- intermediate level of microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- skills: communication, management of objections, decision making
- drive standard and automatic vehicles
- availability to travel
